Dr. Jennifer Dustow
Dr. Jennifer Dustow (Dr. D.) holds a doctorate in education from Argosy University as well as being a cognitive behavioral learning specialist in the State of Hawaii. Her research in the field of preschoolers diagnosed within the autism spectrum is currently in 27 languages. In Dr.D.’s private practice of over 12 years she focuses on the behavioral approaches for children with a range of behavioral and cognitive disorders. Recently she completed a program on negotiation and leadership through Harvard Law as well as a Yale global health certification. In a joint collaboration Transitional Passage, book two of a three-part series is cued to be released shortly. While book one, Vibrational Passage received the Neurological Learning Society (NLS) 2012 award and was featured in the Honolulu Advertiser, Page Turner section. Dr. Helene Honda
Dr. Helene S.M. Honda holds a doctorate in Educational Organizational Leadership, along with a Master of Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. In her private practice as an educational consultant for special needs, Dr. Honda advocates for families — specifically students from the autism spectrum. Dr. Honda utilizes the pedagogical perspective of the Native Hawaiian culture and utilizes its structure and holistic viewpoint for trauma survivors. She is a Kumu Hula of Hālau Hula Ka No`eau under the direction of Michael Pili Pang and has honorably earned her title during her 30 years under his guidance.
Dr. Lance Hylander
Dr. Hylander holds a Doctorate of Education and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College with a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies; other academic degrees include a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College, Springfield, MA; and a Certificate of Advanced GraduateStudy in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College, Springfield, MA; and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA. Dr. Hylander has been awarded the Department of Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and Meritorious Service Medal with multiple awards of the Army’s Meritorious Service Medal, Commendation Medal and Achievement Medal.
Dr. Richard Kebo
Dr. Richard Kebo is an Organization Development consultant with an MBA and a Doctor of Psychology. He was born and raised in a family business teaching the martial arts while managing private youth programs. Professional consultation includes education, government, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Currently working as a Senior Business Advisor to start up and existing small businesses, as well as being a business Professor for masters and doctoral programs at a private university in Honolulu, HI. Interests include Diversity, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Strategic Management, and Succession Planning.
Dr. Zachary Oliver
Zachary M. Oliver Ed.D., is the Chair for the Graduate School of Business and Management and an Institutional Vice President of Academic Affairs for Argosy University, Hawaii. He is the author of the book Falling but Fulfilled, a reflection on Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligences theory. Dr. Oliver believes that leadership skills and management skills are distinct, yet both an integral part of the vocabulary for any professional pursuing his or her own development.  His philosophy is that only in the pursuit of our own development can we truly prepare ourselves to facilitate transformative experiences in others and in the organizations with which we work.
Dr. Amber Stubbs
Dr. Amber developed the Work|Life wellness program to help men and women discover and develop their happiness potential. The | between Work | Life is binary for 1 and also the universal sign for power. The Work|Life brand materialized over the course of fifteen years as Dr. Amber studied and worked in the fields of business, education, and psychology. She realized when she taught business and psychology courses that her students lacked the important skill of balancing school, family, work, fun, and self-care. Work | Life was her response to empowering her students and now her clients.  Dr. Amber created her innovative programs pulling from her personal, practical life lessons as well as the theories and techniques from her interdisciplinary education and work history.
